Boomerang hosts an existing MRE of 5.26Mt @ 2.17g/t Au for 367koz of gold1 , the largest single resource at the Reedy Project. Figure 1: Reedy Project and Boomerang gold deposit location, with reference to proximity to processing infrastructure that can be accessed via the Ore Purchase Agreement with Westgold Resources1 The Boomerang deposit consists of three historic open pits, covering a strike length of ~1.25km (Figure 2, Figure 3) and one modest underground mine, last mined in the 1990’s. pg. 3 ASX ANNOUNCEMENT – MAIDEN DRILL PROGRAM TO COMMENCE AT BOOMERANG GOLD DEPOSIT 16 JULY 2026 Gold mineralisation at Boomerang is developed within a structurally controlled, shear-hosted system comprising variable dipping mineralised lodes. Shallow laterite-hosted gold component is developed locally above the primary system, reflecting residual enrichment spatially associated with the underlying shear zones. Mineralisation remains open both at depth and along strike most notably to the north of underground workings and below historic Kurara pits, where there has been limited drilling below 150m over 600m of strike (Figure 2, Figure 5). The initial 8,000m diamond drill program aims to increase confidence in the inferred portion of the MRE and inform future studies for both potential open-pit and underground scenarios. Should this prove successful the drill program will be expanded significantly to test for growth adjacent to defined resources. Figure 2: Boomerang Gold Deposit, Schematic Long Section (facing west) displaying Mineral Resource inventory (MRE)1 with ounce per vertical metre breakdown, previously mined volumes Boomerang gold deposit is positioned on the northern extension of the Reedy Shear Zone, the same major controlling structure that hosts South Emu-Triton, Rand and Jack Ryan gold deposits across the Reedy Project. Gold mineralisation at Boomerang is hosted within a mixed sequence of ultramafic to mafic schists, with intercalated banded iron formation. This sequence and associated mineralisation dip at approximately 70 degrees to the west, flattening to approximately 40 degrees closer to the surface (Figure 4, Figure 5). Mineralisation comprises a series of individual stacked lodes with the broader shear, which spans up to 50m horizontal thickness (Figure 4). Historic drilling suggests there is the potential for repeat additional footwall and hanging wall sequences (Figure 4), that are currently poorly constrained at this stage. The objective is to enhance confidence in the Inferred Mineral Resource Estimate, below the existing Boomerang Open Pit and underground infrastructure, to enable the conversion of ounces to the Indicated category. Design and planning work has commenced for Phase B of the drilling program which focuses on resource extension.
